Yes, every Sugess watch is covered by a 12-month international warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and movement issues.
What movements are used in Sugess timepieces?
We primarily utilize high-quality Seagull mechanical movements, including the famous ST1901 chronograph and various tourbillon calibers, known for their reliability and heritage.
How long does international shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Standard international shipping usually takes 7-15 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the watch in its original, unworn condition with all packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Are Sugess watches water-resistant?
Water resistance varies by model. Most of our dress watches are rated at 5ATM (50 meters), while our diver series can reach up to 20ATM (200 meters). Please check the specific product specifications before exposure to water.
